HUMAN RESOURCES

The main duty of SRM Human Resources Management is gathered under three main headings as Training, Motivation and Human Resources. Its main aim is to ensure that the right person works in the right place and to carry out the necessary work for the employment of the required number of personnel. Orientation training of newly recruited personnel is also provided by Human Resources Management.

Training activities include the organization of training to be received from outside and training to be carried out by utilizing internal resources. In this direction, when important decisions are to be made, it calls the Training Committee to a meeting and consults them.

In order to increase the motivation and job satisfaction of the personnel working in SRM, it is also within the scope of Human Resources Management to organize all kinds of competitions, sports matches, social fund activities, alternative solution production meetings, special day and week events.
