1. What should be done for Health Reports received from health institutions other than METU Medico (SRM)?

For Health Reports received from outside SRM to be approved and processed, the report's original must be delivered to the SRM patient registration and admission unit by hand within 7 days from the date of the report. If you are out of town, you can scan your report within the same period and send it to srmhkk@metu.edu.tr by e-mail. Then, when you return to campus, the original of the report must be delivered to the SRM patient registration and admission unit by hand.
