The first aid unit provides service 24 hours a day, every day of the week. 3 nurses, 1 driver and 1 assistant staff are on duty during working hours on weekdays. A nurse (or health officer), a driver and an assistant staff are on duty outside of working hours. In the first aid unit, there are ECG, cryo cuffs used for cold application in sports injuries, suture sets, defibrillator, necessary sterilization tools and diagnostic tools. In our first aid unit, there are necessary dressing materials, disinfectants and some medicines that the first aid unit needs.

Patients who apply to the first aid unit during working hours (08.30 - 16.30) are evaluated by the nurses and their vital signs are directed to the duty physician when deemed necessary. Necessary first intervention and treatment practices are carried out by our healthcare personnel, and they work in conjunction with the relevant units and transfer the patient to inpatient treatment institutions when necessary. For this purpose, there is 1 ambulance in our center and it is suitable for transportation purposes.
