QUALITY CENTER

The Quality Department carries out the necessary studies to ensure that the services offered to the users of the Health and Guidance Center can be provided with quality within the framework of the standards ISO 9001:2008.

These studies;

  • Identify and define the responsibilities of the departments of the Health and Guidance Center in terms of processes, procedures, instructions and task authorizations,
  • Evaluate the "Patient Suggestion/Complaint Forms" for the provision of quality services and take the necessary solutions and actions together with the management,
  • Increasing effectiveness by evaluating the results by conducting a "Medical Observation Questionnaire" once a year,
  • Within the framework of the certificate renewal carried out by TÜV Rheinland;
  • Implementation of the necessary plans and studies to carry out an "Internal Audit" every year with the internal auditors,
  • Conducting a "Main Audit" every three years for certificate renewal,
  • In view of the continuity of the certificate, "Interim Audits" are carried out in the following two years after the main audit.

The examinations of the quality units' studies are carried out by the quality management representative.
