The Health Center provides hybrid services for both patients with appointments and walk-in patients. Since the duration of examinations, treatments, and other clinical procedures may vary from patient to patient, waiting times may be extended. Therefore, you may not always be examined at your exact appointment time.
Appointment Rules
The appointment page includes a “My Appointments” tab, where scheduled appointments are listed. In case a patient wishes to cancel an appointment, it can be deleted from this tab.
Patients who arrive at the health facility for their appointment must first complete the registration process at the patient registration unit. If registration is not completed, the doctor cannot access the patient’s record, and the examination cannot be performed.
Patients who miss their appointments twice will be blocked from making new appointments for 7 days. For the third missed appointment and any subsequent missed appointments, the block period will be 14 days.
The appointment block policy is applied between November 1 and June 30. It is not applied during the summer period, from July 1 to November 1, as the number of applications is relatively low outside the academic term.
Each patient’s penalty counter is reset to zero every November 1.
