Human Resources Management
The main task of SRM Human Resources Management is summarized under three main headings: Training, Motivation, and Staffing. The goal of staffing is to ensure that the right person is working in the right place and to do the work necessary to employ the required amount of personnel. To this end, it invites the staffing committee to meet once a month and assesses staffing needs and selects staff through the hiring process. The Human Resources Administration also conducts orientation training for newly hired staff.
Training activities include organizing training that comes from outside and training that is conducted with internal resources. When important decisions in this direction are pending, it invites the Education Commission to a meeting and seeks its opinion.
In order to increase the motivation and job satisfaction of SRM's personnel, the Human Resources Administration is also responsible for organizing all kinds of competitions, sports events, social fund activities, meetings for the production of alternative solutions, and special days and weeks.
